Built by an Owner, for Owners
Mission Property Management was founded by Nate Killpack, a lifelong Utah Valley resident who saw firsthand how traditional property management often failed both owners and tenants. After managing his own rentals near UVU and University Place, Nate realized what most landlords wanted: better tenants, fewer headaches, and someone they could actually reach.
He built a management model focused on clarity, speed, and accountability—and it worked.
What started with just a few units has grown into a modern management service covering everything from emergency repairs to long-term lease strategy. Today, Mission helps owners across Orem, Provo, Vineyard, and surrounding areas feel confident their properties are in good hands.

Nate is a BYU grad and lifelong Utah County native. He bought his first 4-plex straight out of college and managed everything himself. After seeing how few property managers truly understood what owners need, he built the company he wished existed. His approach is proactive, transparent, and built to help owners sleep easier at night.
